I’ve been trying to find a way to improve my eating habits and eat more whole foods. Unfortunately, I am addicted to sugar so it’s been hard to get myself to eat better. I’ve lost 30 pounds in the past six months so I’m pretty happy with how I’ve managed to do so. The issue is my weight has hit that 10% and it’s plateauing and I want to do something about it.
This time around I want it to be a tad different. I am going to not put so much pressure to be perfect with keto instead I want to aim for low carb majority of my meals. Basically means I’m going to try really hard. I enjoy keto but my issue was giving up my carbs and sugar. But I feel like for the past few months I’ve really improved my eating and knowing when I’m truly hungry.
I’m following the keto diet while following my calibrate guidelines and goals.
