I have been doing well on my monthly goals expect my weight seems to stay same. I’ve been watching Secret Eaters and to be honest that’s the only thing I can come up. That I am not eating more than I believe because of hidden calories. I am a scientist, I went to college for biology then chemistry so my brain thinks in this analytical sense. On the show secret eaters, a psychologist had tried a study of two families eating a table vs eating at the couch. Surprisingly the results showed a 97%. Now I’ve been keeping track of what I’m eating so I am going to follow through this next week to see if I’m eating more than I believe.
Hypothesis: If I eat at the table for every meal then I will eat less throughout the day.
I will keep track of my weight, body fat, and inches to see if I even lose 1 lb. There is a weight I am consistently staying at right now so if it is lower than that next weekend then I know I am eating more than I believe. All my meals are planned. I have some meal prepping to do today but other than that I should be good to go this week. I want to focus on work because we have this whole system and if you do better the better. Check out my video I explain a bit more…
